Melamine cut list preset
This preset is for cabinet and shelf panels where finished faces, edge banding, and chip-prone cuts matter. Use the optimizer for layout, then manually verify orientation and finished edges.

Melamine review checklist
Before printing, check that each visible panel is oriented correctly and that edge-banding notes still make sense if any part is rotated.

Scope boundary
StockCut does not choose blade type, score cuts, banding thickness, or cabinet joinery. It only places rectangles on stock according to the values you enter.

- Letting visible textured panels rotate freely.
- Forgetting edge-banding direction after rotation.
- Entering oversized parts without explaining trimming workflow.
- Assuming layout optimization solves chipout or finish quality.
