How this differs from a plain cut list

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Using nominal plywood size when the actual sheet is smaller or edge-trimmed.
  • Letting finished faces rotate when grain direction matters.
  • Ignoring a part that is technically placed but awkward to cut safely.
  • Treating the diagram as CNC output instead of a shop planning diagram.
