Use this page for straight aluminum extrusion lengths. It plans stock usage and offcuts, but it does not validate slot orientation, end machining, tapping, deburring, or assembly design.

Extrusion-specific review

Scope boundary
StockCut does not model tapped holes, brackets, corner connectors, end caps, or assembly clearance. Enter cut lengths after those decisions are made.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Mixing different extrusion profiles in one run.
- Forgetting end machining or cleanup allowance.
- Using nominal frame outside dimensions as cut lengths without accounting for connectors.
- Treating the cutting sequence as assembly instructions.
