Use this page to estimate sheet yield, waste rate, used area, and offcuts for rectangular plywood parts. Yield is a planning signal, not the only measure of a good shop layout.

Yield is not the whole decision
A very high yield can still be hard to cut if parts are too tight, labels are confusing, or offcuts are not useful. Use yield together with the preview and unplaced count.

When to compare multiple layouts
Try alternate stock sizes, rotation rules, and trim margins. Compare sheet count, yield, waste, offcuts, and manual cut practicality, not just the highest percentage.
